(2) Participants or their authorized collectors must present the email from Activist Association (including the participant's name and their race bib number) in order to collect the runner’s pack.
(3) The runner’s packs will ONLY be distributed based on the above time slots. (Runner’s packs WILL NOT be distributed on event day)
