Information & Awards Arrangements of the Competition
Note：Due to the lack of lighting at night, participants should bring their own headlights for the competitions. Please understand that there is some inconvenience.
The map of Race
香港哥爾夫球場繞圈跑，24/12/6小時，每圈約1公里，按 IAU 規定，中途無需轉向。
Runs in a circle of the Hong Kong Golf Course, around 1 kilometers per turn for 24/12/6 hours competition, according to the provisions of the IAU, no need to turn in the middle.
The team competition is around 2.2 kilometers in a circle and the parent-child match is around 1.2 kilometers.

Note: The admission pass is only valid for single use on the day, not for multiple entries, and must be returned upon leaving.
（1）超級馬拉松24小時、12小時及6小時項目，年齡限 20 周歲或以上；
1. Participants need to hold a valid ID card or passport, in accordance with the provisions of the age of the race registration
（1）24 hours, 12 hours and 6 hours Ultra Marathon; age must be 20 years or older；
（2）Participants of the Junior College and Secondary Schools Division, must provide written consent of their parents (see Appendix) if they are under 18 years old.
2. Physical Condition Requirements
Ultra marathon is a high-load, high intensity, long distance athletics, and a high-risk competitive program. Participants should be healthy and regularly participate in running exercise or training. All participants are required according to their physical condition and ability to exercise, select the participating groups, and make every effort in the competition, responsible for themselves and their families.
Those who have had the following conditions are not recommended to participate in the competition:
（1）There is a clear sudden death, especially in patients with a family history of sudden cardiac death;
（2）There is a clear history of myocarditis, coronary heart disease;
（3）Those having chest tightness, shortness of breath, precocious sense of tightness, symptoms do not exceed 10 minutes;
（4）Sleep arousal, often eased by sitting up and taking deep breaths;
（5）Hypertension and cerebrovascular disease patients;
（6）Patients with coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia;
（7）High or low blood sugar patients;
（8）Others having diseases not suitable for exercise.
During the competition, personal injury and property damage due to personal physical and other personal reasons shall be the sole responsibility of the contestants.
On the day of the race, participants from an epidemic area of acute infectious diseases, who have not passed the incubation period of the disease, shall not participate in the competition.

The Organizing Committee has the right to decide whether or not to accept the contestants' registrations. Once the applications are successful, no changes are allowed. No refund ,cancellation or transfer of registration are allowed.

There will be no runner's pack distribution on the day of the competition except overseas and Mainland athletes.
The 24-hour Ultra Marathon (IAU level) refers to the International Ultra Marathon Association (IAU) competition rules.
Runners rest area
Tents (3m x 3m) are available on site for 24-hour and 12-hour race participants. Due to limited space, only a few personal items may be placed.
2. 按 IAU 賽例規定，每位 24小時賽參賽者可有 2 名私人補給員，但參賽者需在報名時選擇含 有補給員的報名選項，須佩戴大會提供的補給員證，方可入場，保安理由，無證者禁止進入。
According to the regulations of IAU, each 24-hour race participant may have 2 private replenitors. However, participants should select the re-entry option at the time of enrollment and replenitors must wear the re-entry permit provided by the General Assembly Security reasons.
Replenishment is limited to "24-Hour Runners Rest Area" (refer to the attached figure) to assist with supplies. Replenitors are not permitted to enter the track or do anything that could affect the entrant, which may result in disqualification of entrants.
The conference supplies are as follows (the conference reserves the right of final revision):
Induction Timing will be used in this event. Each 24 hours, 12 hours and 6 hours participant must wear a bib with the timer chip (bonded to the number cloth).
Players need to go through two chcek points in each lap;
Timing chips are disposable and need not be returned;
Bibs are not transferable;
Do not squeeze or fold hard to damage the chips. No replacement if damaged;
The runners in each group must finish the match at the time stipulated by the conference, otherwise the result will be invalid.
Access to clothing:
Clothing storage service is only available to contestants;
Contestants will store their clothing according to the serial number in the designated area of the starting point. After completing the competition, they shall collect their own clothing based on their these numbers.
Organizing Committee do not recommend to store valuables in the bag (such as mobile phones, valid documents, cash, various keys, credit cards, iPad, etc.). Only participants are responsible in the event of damage or loss;
Clothing storage services only accept small packages, large luggage will not be accepted for delivery, except for overseas and Mainland runners;
The package must be clearly marked with the participant's number and name. The Assembly reserves the right to refuse to deposit the following items:
（1）Chemicals, combustibles and other dangerous goods;
（2）Easy to infringe the human body items;
（4）Baggage not marked with the participant's number and name;
6.賽後領取寄存衣物服務至當日完賽後 1 小時結束，如未能按時領取寄存衣物者請於賽後 5 日 內，辦公時段到香港哥爾夫球會接待處領取。逾期不領取者，組委會將按無人領取處理；

The conference security guards will be provided, but not responsible for the damage or loss of all the property of the contestants.
Please take into account the physical condition and strength, and to ensure adequate sleep on the day before the event and three hours before the run the same day to eat;
2.現場設有 2 個醫療站，分別位於補給點附近及賽道另一端打卡點，為選手提供必要的緊急醫療救護，但呼籲練習不足或賽前染病者切勿下場比賽，以免受傷。
There are 2 medical stations at the site, which are located near the supply point and the other side of the track to provide the necessary emergency medical assistance to the athletes. However, they are urged not to practice or are not to race before the race to avoid any injuries.
Scores inquiries and results certificate download
在規定時間內完賽的參賽者，於賽後 3 日，可登錄官方網站：www.acthk.org進行成績查詢、下載或列印電子成績證書。
Contestants who finish the race within the stipulated time may check their scores on the official website at www.acthk.org and download or print the e-certificate after 3 days of the race.
24 hours entrants will be entitled to receive the certificate service free of charge on the spot after completing the race. Those who wish to apply for a immediate certificate will be required to pay HK$ 80 (fees will not be deducted, Institutions, the scene won’t be redemption).
1. The trophy will be awarded to the men's and women's champions in each of the 24 hours, 12 hours and 6 hours events.
2. All awards without pre-collar, on behalf of and replacement.
3. All prizes are not bonuses.
4. Successful runners who have completed the race within the time limit will be awarded the medal.
During the competition, the Organizing Committee will set up video surveillance at the time points and in the main areas where the following problems occur. The Organizing Committee will, depending on the severity of the circumstances, penalize disqualification or result of the competition, respectively.
1. During the competition, the body did not reveal the number of cloth;
2. Do not abide by the rules of the competition and referee, ruled by the disqualified persons;
3. The number cloth is not completely worn on the front chest;
4. Did not carry the wafer;
5. During the competition, contestants must wear a shirt, not naked;
6. fake age registration or registration by others to run;
7. not obey the command staff of the tournament, interfere with the race, fighting and fighting, gathering people trouble;
8. Unused feet during the race (eg boarding a car, motorbike, bicycle, skateboard, ice skates, etc.)
10.Unauthorized modification, replacement and transfer of numbers cloth, fabricating number cloth;
11. Contestants are profiteers with the help of others with the game in progress;
12. Participants carrying other time chip or a contestant carrying more than 2 (including 2) timing Chip to participate in competitions (including male players to bring female athletes timing chip);
13. Registration group does not conform to the status of identity certification;
14. The other participants of the contestants use any means or means of transport to accompany them;
15. Closing time to stop the game or exit the race and return to the track;
16. Do not follow the rules and requirements, repeated through the finish line, and did not finish the whole process of private end of the medal winning medals and souvenirs through the end;
17. Uncivilized behavior (such as urinating, littering, etc.);
18. Other violations of competition rules and rules of conduct.
1. Contest controversy: Contestants shall not contest inquisition on the spot, whichever is the discretion of the adjudicator, and no objection shall be given.
2. Appeal Procedures: Any issues arising out of the competition must be submitted to the General Assembly within 20 minutes after the completion of the competition. At the same time, a deposit of HK $ 500 shall be paid and the receipt shall be signed by the Competition Team. All the complaints shall be subject to the decision of the Appeal Board, If the judgment does not hold its claim, it may have to forfeit the security deposit.
Competition rules and conditions
There is no parking space for all participants. Please try to use public transport to get to the competition venue. Motorists can access nearby pay parking, such as Sheung Shui Plaza, Sheung Shui Mingdu Square or Choi Yuen Estate;
If within 8 hours or before the start of the race, the typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory, a red or black rainstorm signal or a manpower-less controllable event may be canceled;
If the event is canceled due to bad weather or other reasons, all fees will not be refunded.
The spectators can only view the match in the designated area and are prohibited from entering the track and the administrative area.
If the registration information is incomplete, will not accept the application;
The referees of the conference or the authorized medical personnel shall have the right to suspend their participation according to the fitness status of the participants, and the participants shall not objection;
On the day of competition, participants should bring proof of identity for future reference;
9.按照 IAU 賽例規定，大會不認可任何參賽者的 GPS、GPS 手錶、APP 及 一切電子測距設備的成績，均以大會計時系統為准；

The Hong Kong Golf Club banned the open flame cooking on site and immediately disqualified the participants;
After 18:00 on the competition day, to ensure the safety of the participants, participants must wear headlights to continue the race (please bring their own headlights and batteries). If the participants do not wear headlights, they must terminate the race at 18 o’clock;
All entrants, supplies and spectators are forbidden to enter Hong Kong Golf Club building;
All entrants, supplies and visitors should only use the temporary hand washing provided by the Organizing Committee and ban the use of toilets in the clubs in Hong Kong.
Participants purchase personal insurance on their own.
The organizing committee will buy public liability insurance.
Contestants taking personal doping or death due to doping or other illicit drugs during the competition shall be solely responsible for their own responsibility.

To protect your interests, the General Assembly only collects the promotional purposes of the data for future communications with you, fundraising, activities, course invitations, volunteer recruitment or collection of opinions.
